Domestic Shipping & Delivery
We use UPS and USPS for all shipping methods and therefore enforce their policies for shipping services. For more information about service to specific locations, delivery guarantees, weather delays, and more, please refer to www.ups.com or www.usps.com
Domestic Shipping Options*:
Standard: 5-6 business days
2 Day Air: 2 business days
Standard Overnight: Next business day by 5pm – if order is placed by 1pm EST
Priority Overnight: Next business day by Noon – if order is placed by 1pm EST
Business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays.
*The above transit times do not include processing time. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all orders, except for overnight orders placed by 1pm EST which are shipped the same day. Overnight orders placed after 1pm EST may take two business days.
Orders valued under $500 will not require a signature upon delivery, and may or may not be left at your door. Orders valued at $500 or more will require a signature unless otherwise requested, and will not be left without a signature. If you are not available to accept your package, and a driver cannot contact you, your shipment may be returned to us at your expense. If you are not available to accept your package, UPS will make two attempts to deliver and then return the package to shipper. See Disclaimer for details.
International Shipping & Delivery
All prices are listed in US Dollars, and your total will be charged in USD. International customers should consider this when calculating costs. There may be a conversion or exchange fee charged by your bank. Also, if you live outside of the United States, there are other factors you should consider before placing your order. International shipments are subject to customs inspections, duty and tax, and other potential customs related-fees. Orders that do not comply with the laws and regulations in that territory are subject to delays and possibly rejection. It is important that you read the international shipping information outlined below in for more details.

Duties & Taxes
All international shipments are subject to duty and tax, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Greenair, Inc does not pay duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these fees at the time of order placement. These fees will be invoiced by the shipping carrier upon delivery. The duty and tax rates vary from country to country, and also depend on the items that are being shipped. Greenair, Inc has no control over these fees.
International Shipping Documents
International shipments are processed with a commercial invoice as required to ship internationally. Customs may make additional requests based on local laws and regulations. Due to the complexity of some requests, we cannot guarantee that the additional information requested will be provided. The requests may differ depending on the order value, regulations, and other unpredictable factors.
Customs & Regulatory
Before you make a purchase, please read our disclaimer regarding returned, refused, or seized/destroyed orders:
Address or other customer error: If a package is returned to Greenair Inc. due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. A credit will be issued for merchandise only, minus a 10% restocking fee*, upon receipt of the returned package. This also applies to customer refusal of a package.
Violation of laws
If a package is returned to Greenair Inc. due to violation of a country’s laws or import regulations, the customer will be responsible for any and all fees billed to Greenair Inc. as a result. A credit will be issued for merchandise only, upon receipt of the returned package. If an order is seized and destroyed by customs due to regulatory issues, the customer will not receive credit for the merchandise or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note, if product is returned for any reason, a 10 percent re-stocking/return fee will be charged.
In order to receive a credit for returned items, they must be unopened, fully sealed, and returned to us within 14 days of receipt. The package must also include a fully completed return form which is provided upon request (email@example.com).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within 14 days. Greenair Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
You will not be compensated for the return shipping cost unless you submit a claim and we determine that there was a problem with the product.
If any product is damaged upon return, Greenair inc. is not responsible for the damaged product and we will be unable to accept the return. We will be unable to compensate you for the damaged products. You will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier you used to attempt to recover your costs.
International customers – Returns coming from outside the US are often rejected by US customs. By returning products you are assuming this risk and will be responsible for all related costs. If your shipment is seized, rejected, and/or destroyed, we will be unable to refund you for the items or for shipping costs. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs and customs fees associated with a return coming from outside the United States.
Order Errors & Claims
If there is a problem with your shipment, or if you believe there was an error made with the shipping, packing, or invoicing of your order,you must request a claim form and submit to customer firstname.lastname@example.org. The form must be filled out completely and returned within 14 days of receipt. We will review your claim and respond within 48-72 hours.
